Terms of Service & Legal Notice
By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Pyra Cell, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina (SC), United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice
We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, battery capacity ratings (mAh and Wh), fast-charging power protocols (PD 3.0, QC 4.0), and pricing. Independent Power Tech Brand Notice: Pyra Cell is an independent portable charging electronics brand and retailer. Pyra Cell is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anker Innovations, Goal Zero, EcoFlow, Jackery, Belkin, or Mophie. Any comparative references are made strictly for functional specification and technical context. Pyra Cell reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3. Battery Safety, Solar Conversion & Temperature Disclaimer
Lithium-Ion Safety & Storage Notice: Do not puncture, crush, incinerate, or disassemble battery cells. Avoid exposing power banks to ambient temperatures exceeding 113°F (45°C), such as inside a vehicle parked under direct sunlight. Discontinue use immediately if a battery exhibits swelling, abnormal heat, or unusual odor. Solar Panel Efficiency Scope: Integrated solar panels on compact power banks are engineered for supplementary trickle-charging and emergency backup; due to small surface area, full primary recharging should be completed via AC wall outlets prior to outdoor trips. Airline Travel Notice: Check individual airline and FAA guidelines; standalone battery packs up to 100Wh (approximately 27,000mAh at 3.7V) are generally permitted in carry-on baggage only and must never be packed in checked luggage. Pyra Cell is not liable for device short circuits resulting from incompatible third-party cables, thermal expansion from vehicle heat, or airport customs confiscation.
