1. Shipping Fees
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders across the contiguous United States. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges added at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders undergo battery cell charge diagnostics, port connection verification, LED capacity indicator audits, and specialized shock-resistant protective packaging prior to dispatch.
- Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Orders placed over weekends or observed holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time & Lithium Logistics
- Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days after the processing period is complete.
- Please note that standalone lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery packs are regulated hazardous materials (HAZMAT) under US DOT and carrier logistics guidelines. Ground transit networks and specialized courier routing are utilized to ensure compliance with hazardous transport safety standards.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment online.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected external delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather events, peak holiday postal volume spikes, or logistics hub hazmat screening protocols. Pyra Cell is not liable for carrier delays, but our support team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel to resolve any delivery issues.
